Explore Costa Rica's most popular national park with a naturalist guide and a spotting scope to see its wildlife up close, plus a beach stop and lunch.
Although it's the smallest park in Costa Rica, Manuel Antonio is the most popular, and for good reason: it's home to 184 bird species and 109 mammal species, surrounded by endless plant life. It shelters 3 of the country's 4 monkey species. A highlight of the hike is watching wildlife through Swarovski and Pentax spotting scopes, which make you feel like part of the forest.
The tour includes transportation from your accommodation in Jacó to the park, about a 90-minute drive, with a stop at the famous Third Beach to cool off in the waves.
The park is closed on Mondays, so plan accordingly. Includes transportation, naturalist guide, lunch, fruit and water.
The listed price is for groups of up to 3 ($110 per person). For groups of 4 or more, the price drops to $99 per person.
